Do the masks come with a face shell?
Yes. Every mask ships with the face shell needed, sized to match the mask size you choose.
Do the suits include the mask?
Yes. All suits come with the corresponding mask and face shell.
How long does shipping take?
Everything is made to order: 3–5 business days in production, then tracked international shipping. Most orders arrive within 17–25 business days (about 4–5 weeks) — order at least 6 weeks before an event.
Are the items made to order?
Suits are handmade after purchase according to the options you select, which is why processing takes a little time before dispatch.
What is your return policy?
You have 30 days from delivery to return an unworn item for a refund, and wrong-size exchanges are free. Email us first and we will send the return instructions.
