These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the shopgearvalor.com website and your purchases from Gear Valor ("we", "us", "our"). By placing an order or using this site, you agree to these Terms.

1. Products

We sell costume suits, masks and apparel intended for cosplay, events and personal use. Our products are not licensed by, affiliated with or endorsed by any film studio, comic publisher or character rights holder. Product photos are representative; minor variations in color and detail can occur between batches.

2. Orders & Payment

All prices are in US dollars. By placing an order you confirm that the payment details you provide are valid and that you are authorized to use them. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order, including for suspected fraud, pricing errors or stock issues. If we cancel an order you have paid for, we will refund you in full.

3. Discounts & Bundles

Bundle and multi-item discounts are applied automatically in the cart according to the offer shown on the product page. Discounts cannot be combined with other promotions unless stated otherwise.

4. Shipping

We ship to the United States only. Shipping is free. Estimated delivery is 17–25 business days from the order date. Full details are in our Shipping Policy.

5. Returns, Exchanges & Refunds

You may return items within 30 days of delivery and exchange sizes free of charge, as described in our Return & Refund Policy.

6. Sizing

Please check the size guide on each product page before ordering. If you are unsure, contact us before purchasing; we are happy to help you choose.

7. Intellectual Property

The content of this website, including text, images, logos and design, is owned by or licensed to Gear Valor and may not be copied or used without our written permission.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, our liability for any claim arising from your order is limited to the amount you paid for that order. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses.

9. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. The version published on this page at the time of your order applies to that order.

10. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of New Mexico, USA, without regard to conflict-of-law rules.
