The face shell is why it looks like Spider-Man
Stretch fabric has no shape of its own — it takes yours: nose, eye sockets, chin. Lenses end up in the wrong place and the head looks lumpy. That is the "Spooderman" problem, and no print fixes it.
Lenses on the shell, not on your eyes
Magnetic, removable lenses mount to the rigid shell, so the eye shape stays defined and you get a real field of view. Honest note: peripheral vision is reduced and it is dim at night — never drive or swim in it.

Does it come with the face shell and lenses, or do I buy those separately?
Included. Every mask and suit ships with a rigid face shell and lenses mounted on it. There is nothing extra to buy.
What is a face shell and do I actually need one?
It is the rigid shell worn under the printed mask. Without it, stretch fabric takes the shape of your own face — nose, eye sockets, chin — and the lenses sit wrong. With it, the mask keeps a defined head shape and the lenses stay where the eyes belong.
Can I see through the lenses? Do they fog up?
You can see well enough to walk, pose and talk. Peripheral vision is reduced and it is dim at night. Every mask and suit order comes with a free pair of anti-fog lenses for long wears — they fog far less, but no lens is 100% fog-proof. Never drive, cycle or swim in the mask.
How do I choose my size?
Masks and shells come in Kids (3–9), Child (10–17, approx. 52–56 cm head circumference) and Adult (18+, approx. 56–62 cm). Suits go by height: Youth approx. 130–150 cm, Young 150–170 cm, Adult 170–185 cm. Between sizes? Email us your measurements before ordering — wrong-size exchanges are free within 30 days.
How long does it take to arrive?
Everything is made to order: 3–5 business days in production, then tracked international shipping from our production partner in China. Most orders arrive 17–25 business days after purchase (about 4–5 weeks) — the same window shown at checkout. Need it for an event? Order at least 6 weeks ahead.
Is this official Marvel merchandise? Is it screen accurate?
No. Gear Valor is fan-made and independent — not affiliated with or licensed by Marvel or Sony. Our gear is inspired by the look and made for cosplay, events and photos.
What if it does not fit or arrives damaged?
You have 30 days from delivery to return an unworn item for a refund, and wrong-size exchanges are free. Lost or damaged parcels are replaced or refunded at no cost. Email us first and we will send the return instructions.
How do I wash it?
Take the shell out first. Hand wash the suit and mask cold, inside out, and air dry. Do not tumble dry or iron the print.
